10 years ago today Caleb and I had our first kiss. That's the point at which we decided that we were officially an exclusive couple. Now, in current teen-speak, we went from "talking to each other" to "going out" 10 years ago today. (Isn't it crazy that "talking to each other" is a stage in the relationship process? Seriously, that's the high school label for it!)
Here's a little tally of our time together:
10 Christmases, Thanksgivings, Halloweens, Valentine's Days, etc.
20 Birthdays (24 including the kids')
3 college degrees (and now 4 and 5 are officially in progress)
6 vehicles
2 apartments
2 houses
2 cats
2 dogs
15 jobs (part-time, college and summer jobs included)
2 trips to Oregon
more trips to Cape and Joplin than I can count
2 pregnancies (but somehow I took about 1,000 pregnancy tests), 2 labors and deliveries
2 beautiful kids (but I might be biased)
8 zillion photos
I'm sure there are other things that I should have included in this list, but all that seems like a lot to look back at.
10 years--I feel old.
Here's hoping that the next 10 years are as good as the past 10 have been, but with fewer pregnancies and fewer moves to new homes.

Nope, you're not biased.
