Poop was the hardest for Eli too...um...literally and figuratively as he constipated himself rather than poop on the potty. (He got #1 down just fine the December he was 2, but had trouble with #2 until a few months after his 3rd birthday in March.) A little Miralax and a lot of encouragement and it was smooth sailing. I don't know if that helps you or makes you want to hang your head and cry.
