I have an online course that started last Monday. I have yet to do even a single one of the assignments.
There are at least 3 loads of laundry upstairs awaiting my attention.
I have been collecting ideas for things to do in my classes this fall, and I really need to start doing some long-range lesson planning.
I still haven't written Connor's thank-you notes from his birthday.
My basement is still covered (literally covered, I'm serious) with all of the items from my children's babyhoods. I'm attempting to go through everything and get ready for our garage sale.
I have all of this stuff that I should be doing right now. So, of course I sit down at the computer to blog about it rather than actually do any of it. I'm pretty certain that this was a chapter in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, wasn't it?

I have a couple loads of laundry, some vaccuming, and a floor to mop. Yet here I sit, as well. Personally, I think it's a highly effetive use of our time!
