I will actually update this blog this weekend. For now, suffice it to say that "I'm busier than a one-armed wall-paper hanger," and unfortunately none of the busy-ness is worth trying to enertain you with. (I know that I just ended a sentence with a preposition, but I'm extremely tired right now. I should be in bed, and yet here I sit at the computer.)
Anyhoo...I'm going to hit the sack.
PS--Bonus points to anyone who can tell me what movie gave us the above-referenced quote. I won't be able to tell if you're correct, since I can't remember myself. But I sure would like to know.
PPS--I ran 4 miles straight today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, I came to look for you the other night before Open House. I've been at the high school (on YOUR stage) every night, building, painting, etc., the set. Go look at it, it's going to rock.
That's an old expression---I think my Grandma used it---but it is used in Steel Magnolias when Truvy hires Anelle, she tells her they have a wedding that day and will be busier than one-armed paper hangers. :)

I KNEW that was from Steel Magnolias!! That is the most quotable movie of all time, I swear. And good for you on the 4 miles. That must've been one big bear chasing you to make you run that far!! :)
I thought it was Steel Magnolias, but I didn't want to misquote/miscredit.
And yes, it WAS a big bear! Just wait until the pool opens back up next week--I'll have sharks chasing me, too.
